After you download and install the Picturefox add-on, go to the add-on settings in Tools> Addons. It will display a Picturefox settings option as shown in a screenshot below. Check all the boxes given to enjoy all the features of this extension such as image flow gallery, costumer pictures and multiple gallery instances.
